R is for REBOUND

Rebound means to name your sins to God the Father

1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Once you name your sins to God the Father you can have fellowship with him through the Filling of the Holy Spirit!
